NOEBA ENERGIES is an independent firm specialized in middle distillates and biofuels, with growing presence and development in gasolines, feedstocks and crude oil.

Based in Dubai, with operational capacity across the world’s main energy hubs, we maintain a strong and well-defined focus on the Middle East and Mediterranean region.

We have direct access to international suppliers and major oil companies, having acted for over 10 years as the commercial arm of top-tier energy companies in the Spanish market.
